Investment Specialist
Top-Tier Investment Manager in Midtown is looking for multiple Internal Wholesalers!
Responsibilities:
- Work with Regional Director to formulate and execute territory business plan.
- Work with digital media marketing Director to formulate and execute branding campaign
- Cultivate relationships with financial representatives via phone and email contact.
- Accommodate inbound sales and marketing calls
- Initiate outbound marketing phone calls to broker dealer community to market and sell firm products; convey sales ideas; provide product information; and gather marketing data.
- Consult with investment advisors to understand needs and cross sell products as appropriate.
- Provide service to investment professionals including hypothetical reports and research as needed.
- Travel within territory (minimum of 2 times/year)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior sales experience
- Must have Series 7 & 63
- Prior experience with Mutual Funds is preferable
- 2 years of prior financial services experience preferred
- Team oriented, ability to effectively manage time, strong communication skills
- Ability to travel periodically
- Ability to work extended hours if necessary
