Top-Tier Investment Management firm in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Presentation Specialist for a permanent position!

Responsibilities:

  • Requires ensuring that all presentations effectively communicate information to external audiences in the most dynamic way possible.
  • Format PowerPoint documents within brand guidelines on a quarterly basis
  • Ensure all materials produced are using our branding style, format, and color scheme
  • Work within PowerPoint, Excel, our internal database, and various teams to retrieve backup information for presentation
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Marketing, and Sales to identify presentation goals and objectives
  • Bring content to life through compelling visualizations, adhering to brand standards
  • Curate imagery, graphics, animations that support key messages
  • Develop data visualization, charts, info graphics, illustrations, and iconography to support key messages

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience working in Investment Management is a big plus
  • Excel in making complex information interesting and easy to understand
  • Expert knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel is required
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and cope with pressure
