PowerPoint Specialist
Top-Tier Investment Management firm in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Presentation Specialist for a permanent position!
Responsibilities:
- Requires ensuring that all presentations effectively communicate information to external audiences in the most dynamic way possible.
- Format PowerPoint documents within brand guidelines on a quarterly basis
- Ensure all materials produced are using our branding style, format, and color scheme
- Work within PowerPoint, Excel, our internal database, and various teams to retrieve backup information for presentation
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Marketing, and Sales to identify presentation goals and objectives
- Bring content to life through compelling visualizations, adhering to brand standards
- Curate imagery, graphics, animations that support key messages
- Develop data visualization, charts, info graphics, illustrations, and iconography to support key messages
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience working in Investment Management is a big plus
- Excel in making complex information interesting and easy to understand
- Expert knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel is required
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and cope with pressure
