Top Tier Investment Bank in Midtown is looking for a permanent Project Manager to support a front-office team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an expertise in the bank’s internal proprietary securitization system and CPU as well as other systems currently used by the Securitization team
• Partner with IT, both local and global, to define priorities and strategy to support Americas securitization business line
• Develop, implement and where appropriate conduct training programs on the bank’s proprietary system as well as other systems utilized by the Securitization team
• Review current report production and develop more efficient methods of compiling and validating the data
• Develop ways to co-ordinate and assist the business in setting up and maintaining transactions in the securitization system
• Update and coordinate the maintenance of the team’s Operations Manual for each team
• Establish priorities for new releases of the bank’s proprietary systems
• Review and comment on IT specifications
• Design, and coordinate User Acceptance Tests for various releases of the proprietary systems and other systems used by the group.
• Develop ways to manage system integrity and sustainability for the proprietary securitization system

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services is a must
• Experience with VBA, Access. Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Understanding of SQL
• Experience with information systems, data and business processes
• Prior managerial experience is a plus
