Top-Tier Investment Management Fund in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for a permanent position!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and direct the caller to the appropriate employee.
  • Greet and direct visitors to conference rooms and inform the appropriate employee of the visitor’s arrival in a timely manner.
  • Assist the executive assistants with setting up catered meetings.
  • Manage the firm’s Seamless account, including researching and creating options for the daily lunch selection, manage lunch deliveries, and handle incorrect or missing orders.
  • Manage conference room schedule. Approve and organize meetings, ensuring there are no overlaps of booked conference rooms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-1 years experience as a receptionist
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus
