Receptionist
Top-Tier Investment Management Fund in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for a permanent position!
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and direct the caller to the appropriate employee.
- Greet and direct visitors to conference rooms and inform the appropriate employee of the visitor’s arrival in a timely manner.
- Assist the executive assistants with setting up catered meetings.
- Manage the firm’s Seamless account, including researching and creating options for the daily lunch selection, manage lunch deliveries, and handle incorrect or missing orders.
- Manage conference room schedule. Approve and organize meetings, ensuring there are no overlaps of booked conference rooms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-1 years experience as a receptionist
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
