Exciting FinTech Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their growing team!
 

Responsibilities:

• Face off with product and engineering teams on new product and technology launches – handling any regulatory issues. 
• Negotiate, draft and advise the firm on commercial contracts, including agreements, licenses, technology agreements, distribution agreements, customer contracts, vendor contracts, and marketing agreements.
• Advise business on upcoming and current legal and regulatory risks and opportunities.
• Supervise an SEC and NFA compliance program.
• Handle contract negotiation directly with internal and external clients ensuring that sales and the business comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in the US.
• 4-8 years of experience practicing law at law firm or at internal fund
• Knowledge of Investment Advisors Act of 1940
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A high level of understanding of processes, policies and key relationships.
